Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

Reviewing the existing recruitment and selection processes and procedures (including requirements policy, process flow, working papers/forms, HRD monitoring in candidate selection, excel test questions and schemes, psychological test processes and health test policies/Medical Check Up) and submit proposals for improvement recruitment processes and procedures when necessary.

Create internal systems and procedures and internship hiring (including targets and objectives, policies and selection systems).

Planning/timeline of periodic sourcing activities and monitoring at least 93% realisation.

Analyse and develop a remuneration system in the company as a recommendation to increase employee motivation.

Processing the administration of official travel within and outside the country (reservation, advance, formality), so that the trip can be carried out.

Prepare and build a training system or curriculum in accordance with the results of the TNA (Training Need Analysis) by each employee.

Planning, supporting, monitoring the training implementation process and evaluating the training carried out.

Qualification:

  • Candidate at least Master degree majoring in Psychology or Human Resources.
  • Hold a HR Certification
  • Familiar with end to end recruitment process, Payroll & Training
  • Good analytical thinking and good communication skills
  • Background from headhunting service and / or familiar with IT company is an advantage.
  • At least +10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a good networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Etc)
  • Preferably can join immediately
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
  • Will be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta

Kualifikasi

Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2)
